By becoming a member of MIC Social Club you become subject to the Social Club terms & conditions.

  1. MIC’s Membership subscription runs for a 12 month period and must be renewed annually in order to take advantage of membership benefits and discounts. F&B discount available to all members. Once the membership has expired the member discount does not apply.
  2. The membership annual fee is non-refundable.
  3. MIC reserves the right to withdraw your card and membership, should your conduct on the premises be deemed unacceptable. Your fee shall not be refunded.
  4. The membership fee must be paid by debit or credit card or cash.
  5. Personal membership entitles the user to book up to 3 hotel bedrooms at member discounts at any one time. MIC Corporate membership allows member discounts for up to 10 bedrooms.
  6. The 5% discount on meeting rooms refers to commercial clients rate only, as the charities and non-profit organisations already receive a discount.
  7. You will be invited to all member events, unless you request not to be.
  8. If your card is lost or damaged a replacement fee of £5.00 will be charged to cover the cost.
  9. If you invite guests to MIC you will be responsible for them on the premises.
  10. Being a member does not guarantee availability.
  11. You will be required to sign in and out all your guests on arrival and departure.
  12. Membership allows you to come into the building and use the atrium bar area for quick meetings, in the event that we are having work carried out or the area has been pre-booked then access to this area will not be allowed.
  13. When booking a meeting room or bedroom the terms and conditions for those areas will still apply.
