Academic Year Student accommodation Fees from September 1st 2009

The following rates apply to students looking for 10 or 12 month contracts.
(Shorter contracts can be considered but at a higher rate.)

Single Room: £723.50 per month.
First 4 weeks require VAT @ 15%.
Includes £150 electronic Food Vouchers.

Twin Room Sharing: £653.50.
First 4 weeks require VAT @ 15%
Includes £150 electronic Food Vouchers.

Single Studio (single occupancy in twin room): £848.50
First 4 weeks require VAT @ 15%.
Includes £150 electronic Food Vouchers.
