Student Accommodation
Due to refurbishment there will be no student accommodation available until further notice.
We have a range of student rooms available between August & December 2010:
The prices for August accommodation are as follows:
Single 55 Inc VAT B&B
Twin Share 48.50 Inc VAT B&B
We also offer a term accommodation from September to December 2010
The prices are as follows:
Single £999 Inc VAT for the first month and £899 Inc VAT thereafter.
Twin Share £823 Inc VAT for the first month and £709 Inc VAT thereafter.
A discount of 10% is applied if full term payment is received in advance.
This is also in a bed and breakfast basis “full English breakfast”. MIC also offers:
- 24 hour reception and security
- All utility bills included
- Student TV and games lounge
- Licensed members’ and residents’ bar offering a full range of beverages
- Restaurant and coffee bar open all day, 7 days per week, offering excellent value for money food and drinks
- Clean linen changed once a week
- Wi-Fi access throughout the building
- Cleaning of the room is also available at an extra cost please double check with a member of staff for more information.
