Check In and Check Out Times
For the benefit of guests arriving, may we kindly ask that you vacate your bedroom by 10am on the day of departure. If you require a later check-out than 10am please contact our reception. Our Check in time starts from 2pm each day.

Bedrooms
The hotel floor was rebuilt in 2004 and has been designed to offer the highest standards and value. 100 en-suite contemporary boutique style rooms feature: air conditioning; LCD television, a desk space with Free WiFi,  hair dryer, room safe and telephone, tea/coffee making facilities.

Luggage
Luggage can be stored in our secure luggage room, which is located on the ground floor near reception. Luggage can only be stored for up to a maximum of 24 hours. Please contact our reception for further details. Note that unfortunately MIC cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to property.

Newspapers
A selection of the broadsheet Newspapers is available on a daily basis in our Atrium restaurant, coffee lounge and bar area. For the benefit of all of our guests, we kindly ask that newspapers are not removed from the Atrium at any time.

Smoking
MIC is a non-smoking building. Please refrain from smoking both in the bedroom and any other area within the building. An outside covered smoking area is provided within the MIC compound. Please ask at Reception for directions. For the comfort and benefit of all of our guests and staff, we respectfully ask that guests refrain from smoking outside the main front entrance of the MIC building.

Laundry
Laundry tokens can be purchased at reception at £1.50 each. Washing powder is also available. The guest laundry room is located in the basement.

Dry Cleaning
We can arrange to have any items you wish to have dry cleaned picked up and delivered. Please refer to reception for a price list and any further arrangements.

Chemist
The nearest chemist is with in Euston Station; Boots is open from 8.00 to 10.00pm Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 9.00pm on Saturday and 8.00am to 7.00pm on Sunday.

Post Office
The nearest Post Offices are located on Euston Road (opposite Kings Cross mainline station), and in Bloomsbury. Both are within approximately 15 minutes walk, or can be accessed on local bus routes. The nearest Postbox is located on Drummond Street, which is a short walk from MIC.

Internet / WIFI
WIFI access is available in all of our 4 star guest accommodation and also in our Atrium lounge, bar and restaurant area. WIFI is complimentary for MIC members (on production of membership number). Access cards can be purchased at Reception at a cost of £5.00 for other guests.

Vending
A confectionary and cold drinks machine are located on the lower ground floor.
